CTP Lawyer (4 to 5 years PQE)

This national mid-tier firm has over 180 people nationally and 16 partner and they are continuing to grow. They are known for their high level of service to their loyal client base and commercial approach. The firm has a focus on insurance law and such they sit on all of the insurance panels. Due to a continued steady flow of work, the firm is looking for an Associate level lawyer to join their CTP insurance area. The firm is now looking for a CTP insurance lawyer with between 4 to 5 years post qualification experience to join the firm. This role will see you assist a senior partner with the day to day running of his practice. Applicants who are already at the junior senior associate level are also encouraged to apply.

The Insurance team advises a range of insurers and they act on behalf of most of the insurers in the marketplace. You will join a large insurance team that will see you work alongside four senior lawyers who are experts in their fields.  The team is a large team comprising of 45 people and you will be responsible for delegating tasks to the more junior lawyers. You will provide advice on a range of CTP related matters both general and complex claims. You will be expected to have excellent client relationship skills and will have the desire to build a profile of your own with the firm clients.

In order to be considered for this role you must possess the following:

    Between 4 to 5 years post admission experience in the personal injury and CTP insurance area

    Superior communication skills

    Excellent negotiation skills

    Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and

    The ability to work as a team member.
